So my car just hit the 200000 miles mark and I was wondering what kind of maintenance I would need if the original owner never changed any of the parts. Btw its an A/T

At that point it depends on the grit and grime in the fluid. Gears have worn down, they need the grit in the fluid to engage. Take that away, and you have slippage.
