I put in Megan Racing coilovers all around about 4,000 miles ago, and they've been fine.
In the past day or two, the front passenger side has developed a clunk going over bumps. All bolts seem fine, however it looks like the dust boot is not fine: Here's a link to the picture: http://sdrv.ms/Lvkirj Could it be boot related? Thanks! ( Edit: Sleeve to dust boot ). try tightening your top nut first. remove the damper knob, get the right allen key for it, then tighten it.
if not that, check for looseness in the coilovers, but then again, it might not even be your coilovers, it could be your other suspension like endlinks, bushings, ball joint, tie rods, etc. at the end of the day after you've really checked everything you should post a video cus you can tell if its the actual shocks of the coils, also it could be your pillowball bearing but try the above first.
