This is what I heard from toysports reguarding the 3sgte swamp.
can be done budget at leat $4500 in parts including transmission conversion itr will be 4WD will pass a smog test but not a visual inspection engine is sold as an off road part only What is visual inspection? |

Ok people. This is where you open up the ricer handbook and mess with your inspection people. Put a big HKS banner on your car, and a small sticker under the hood. Tell your inspection people it's an aftermarket HKS turbo kit you got used. Ha, it's worth a try I guess...
