5-speed transmission not shifting clean, gets stuck in gear, and whini, Need Help!! Options

Been having month s of issues with my 96 celica GT 2.2
Last year I turned 170k miles. The transmission started to get stuck in gear; and sometimes it would not come out of gear. A friend of mine had a low mileage 60k transmission that he gave me, so i pulled the trans and noticed that the rubber springs on the clutch disk dry rotted out. I decided to install the other trans and also put in a new clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. It seemed to shift fine for a few months until it started to give me trouble shifting gears again. It would not come out of gear and sometimes requires me to stop and shutdown the engine, then shift into gear and start it back up. It would then shift okay for a few miles and eventually would give me trouble going into reverse. I pulled the transmission and noticed that the shift fork was not pushing evenly on both sides of the throwout bearing. The fork end at the slave cylinder would sometimes be misaligned with the shaft sticking out of the slave cylinder. I would have to pull up or push down on the fork end to realign it. It would work for a while and then misalign and cause trouble. I pulled the transmission and replaced the throwout bearing because it appeared like the center tube in the bearing was crooked. I bought a new one, but it looked crooked just like the old one. I put a new one in anyway. After getting it all together it seemed to work fine for a few miles but then started to get stuck and whine while partially pressing down the clutch pedal. The shifter does not seem to go into gear positively....it seems soft...not firm. Not sure what it could be. Not sure why it is doing it again.

Mine was doing this on a much smaller scale cuz had air in the line
Get a buddy to help you an pump the crap out of your clutch pedal for as long as you can
Do it as hard an as fast as you can ( that's what she said giggity giggity) an once you leg starts to get tired. Have you buddy crack the bleeder open an shut quick then switch spots an do it again
I normally so this 3 to4 times then give my leg a rest then go see how it feels
