Well i got underneath my car today because i know i have an oil leak, I took my skid plate off and it was pretty obvious where most of the oil is. My questions are,,,Does it look like the oil is coming from the timing belt cover? If it is, is it just a seal i need to replace? And the most important question,,,Can my engine remain inside the engine bay to do this?

very common.
no need to pull the engine. cam seal, oil pump seals valve cover gasket distributor seal kit those are your main seals that leak on the 5s over 100k miles. while doing the timing belt side seals, also a good time to do the water pump and t-belt if it hasnt been done alredy. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
