So my car just hit the 200000 miles mark and I was wondering what kind of maintenance I would need if the original owner never changed any of the parts. Btw its an A/T

Was speaking about auto transmissions, manuals are generally looked after. Also the grinding from 4 to 3 is probably the synchronizers, seems to be a common thing for Celicas. My uncle has had nine sixth gen Celicas, and five of them grinded downshifting into third. Even swapped transmissions once in one of them, only for the new one to start grinding downshifting into third. Of course can do what I do and just throw it into neutral most of the time instead of downshifting.
