Did an engine swap. Engine runs great, but trans wont go in gear. Yes, i double checked my linkage, its fine, moving as it should. Now what, ...troubleshooting ideas, please. Thanks, the ragin cajun. p.s. Its an auto trans.

Try swapping the relay next to it to see if that restores starter function, that way your sure the relay is the issue.

Try swapping the relay next to it to see if that restores starter function, that way your sure the relay is the issue. ![]() I know the starter relay is bad, that's why i was using a screwdriver to complete the circuit. Prob is, ...now that i have the trans fluid in, its not starting. I know it getting fuel because it started before i put the trans fluid in, so why wont it start now? The trans fluid doesn't effect the fire, so whats the freaking deal?! |
