Dammit!! First I find out i need new struts, then i ruin my turn signals trying to clear them out, next....My clutch starts to stick. What is going on? Has this happened to anyone??
I was at a light, I shift to first as soon as it turns green and my clutch wont disengage. It stays sunk in the whole way. So im stuck in first goin 5-10 mph and pull over. I hit my breaks till i come to a complete stop and my car stalls. I stick my hand down and yank the clutch back up. I proceed to drive a gain and i get stuck in first gear again. Same process. Instead of taking off in first, i take off in second. Everything seems fine. I shift to third, fourth and so on. The problem comes when i try and start from first gear. I feel the clutch got stickier throughout the rest of the gears. Any recomendations? Where can i start?? I need your help guys and gals. ![]() |

If it's sticking in gear, the clutch isn't the problem. It's more than likely the clutch master cylinder. Especially from the description you gave about having to pull up the pedal(the pedal staying on the floor). I'd say a new cylinder and your good to go. Won't be too cheap, but it's cheaper than a clutch.
