Does anyone know what this connector might be? It was secured right by the radiator from factory and is just sitting there with nothing connected to it. It's on the passenger side under the relay box.

That's the only plug on my car that I know of that runs down there. correct. His ST is wired for that (STs have the water temp sensor in the water neck, not the radiator like a GT). Aha! There we go.
