i need help trying to diagnose a problem i noticed with a celica a recently bought. the front passenger wheel looks off center in the wheel well. when driving, there is a noise coming from that side too. being off center, when i make right turns the wheel rubs on the inside plastic cover. what can be the problem/problems?? thanks in advance guys.

I had this problem when I bought my celica, my cause turned out to be a bent lower control arm. Mine was also passenger side.
