HI, so i just got my engine for my car and its been years since i had it running and it just seems so slow. i know the 0-60 for a st auto is like 9-10 secs but i think it would take like over 15 i check my timing using a light and it matched 10* could it be 180 off it it alings with the markings and if not what could be making it so slow

Restriction in the intake somewhere, check the air filter piping and the filter itself. Exhaust leaks meaning lack of backpressure, vacuum leaks, faulty plugs, wiring, or fuel injectors...the list goes on.
