Does anyone know definitely weather the 1.8l st uses the same tranny as the 1.8l 7th gen corolla? I ask because I want to know if the cc axles will be the same.I plan to upgrade the suspension to the celica 5 lug all wheel disc brake set up because after a nice weapon r intake a set of headers and a high flow cat I just think The standard suspension isn't going to do the trick ..... The car is much more aggressive now.
Sorry if I posted in the wrong section wasn't sure if I should post here or in engine section thanks Joe This post has been edited by toyota123: Aug 23, 2012 - 9:45 PM -------------------- 97 Celica GT liftback DD/ project

all I know is that a 85-90 4age engine found in corolla's and mr2 will not bolt up to a C52 transmission found in 94-97 ST Celica's
