Exhaust pipe, 3sge fit 5sfe?

Cali has one on the exhaust manifold (which i think you arent getting a header no more in order to keep it on), the downpipe either has the 2nd cat or the exhaust pipe has the cat or its in between the two pipes (never seen a cali version), but i think the resonator is the one you are calling a 3rd cat maybe? you are pretty much looking at those prices depending on what muffler you get or resonator and labor, could even be more.
