 Tranny fluid |

What does the Celica use for tranny fluid? Tegs use regular 5w-30 oil. Was wanting to change it out. Also how much does it need. I have an 5 speed ST.

in my c52 (in a corolla, should be nearly identical for your celica st) tranny we put in 85w-90 gear oil..... it's a bitch to get in.... and we needed 2.7 quarts
when you fill it (the fill bolt is on the side of the tranny near that top, should be facing you when you open the hood) you should be able to just stick the tip of your pinky into the oil when you put it into the fill hole.... |
