Ok soo I just recently got rid of my system and with my new found lack of noise violating woofers I've notice my tranny whines abit when accelerating. I don't know how long its been doing it but I don't remember hearing it when I got my car six months ago and I a little worried lol. Any clue what's causing it??

So when you say got rid of the system is that just the subs or everything including the amp? Alternator whine thru speakers could also be it..
