Ok soo I just recently got rid of my system and with my new found lack of noise violating woofers I've notice my tranny whines abit when accelerating. I don't know how long its been doing it but I don't remember hearing it when I got my car six months ago and I a little worried lol. Any clue what's causing it??

It may be one of your accesories [alt, pwr steering, ect].
You don't fill it through a torx plug, it's filled through a 24mm plug on the side [front, facing the radiator] of the trans. And IMO you're best getting a factory manual [Toyota BGB]. Try ebay. They're MUCH MUCH better than any aftermarket crap. --------------------  |
