How do you connect 4 channel audio from a computer to a factory amp?

The computer has 2 miniphono plugs, front and rear stereo. Using an adapter/splitter I get 4 RCA connectors:
front left
front right
back left
back right

I have got a wiring harness that I believe connects to the factory amp (American International TWH-950). It has 8 leads for:
front right positive (+), front right negative (-)
front left positive (+), front left negative (-)
back right positive (+), back right negative (-)
back left positive (+), back right negative (-)

For each RCA connector, can I connect the associated the speaker leads with:
RCA center conductor -> positive
RCA shield -> negative

You answered your own post. Yes you can strip the RCAs and connect them to the harness. The harness should accept low-level signals, like the ones from the RCA cord.
