Is it possible to restore a rusted body? Think both doors, the tailgate 3rd brake light, front bumper, and wheel wells. What kind of cost is involved? If a shop says they'll repaint the celica, can they guarantee it won't rust back? Thanks for the input.

Every car will rust again in time. In your case, it sounds like it will be cheaper to buy a new 6gc, sadly, than repair all of the rust. If you are going to repair the car, it will be cheaper to buy new doors, fenders, hatch, and a bumper, install them all yourself, and have a shop paint it for you. Good luck!
