 Visual differenced between Cali spec 5SFE vs Non Cali |

As far as I can tell from documentation, my car has spent it's entire life in NY state. However, I found the MSRP window sticker for it today stuck in the manual and under optional equipment it says "CALIE EMISSIONS REQUIREMENT". So I'm not sure if it is Cali spec or not. For all I know, ALL '99's were Cali spec. What are some ways I can visually check this?

He"s right ... FED spec has an internal coil and Cali had external coil. But like I said, I found out that all OBD2 Celica's are Cali spec
