I am SOOOO going to do this! He heats up the blind rod in the oven and bends it around something round so that he makes his shape. Then he makes grooves to diffuse the light. I'm kinda upset I didn't think of this and make the video..lol. It's pretty amazing.

Hmm I was actually thinking about pulling my headlights apart to put IR LEDs inside it. That way the cops LIDAR will get jammed

I'll have to watch the mythbusters episode on that again, but they went through nearly every way to trick the radar gun and I don't think any of them worked.
