 putting st205 lsd in e153 non lsd?, sounds do-able |

so we were looking at the awd transmission and the 99 camry tranny next to each other and it appeared that it might be possible to take the lsd and components off of the e154f and put them on the non lsd e153. Get rid of the all wheel drive shtuff but use the housing and what not. I dont think this has been covered but sorry if it has.

nope you cant do that.
the AWD differential has a huge shaft in the middle of it that goes into the transfer case. -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo
