Coomer- Check with insurance, but I think most companies are okay with having a swap. It shouldn't change your insurance, I talked to my statefarm agent, and he not only said that it wouldn't change my insurance rate, but if I kept all the reciepts, whatever work I put into it would also be insured.
Check with your insurance company, it might not be a problem, then you can take them to small claims. also, I've found sometimes just a letter from a lawyer is enough to scare some people into giving you what they owe you. Good luck man! --------------------  psalm 69 |
