Hi guys, I got a used lower control arm but the bolt connected to the stabilizer link is rusted.
I used PB blaster but no help so far. Any suggestion to take it off? Thank you guys. ![]() ![]() |

I'd try to grab between the nut and the mount with a pair of vice grips to hold the bolt still while taking a ratchet to the nut. If that doesn't work, time to get a grinder or torch out. http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=41243 correct. At the point you're at I would just use a cut off wheel on my grinder. Impact gun should make quick work of it... otherwise ^^^^^^ Nope. An impact gun would just spin it, it's spherical. -------------------- |
