anyone use electric impact wrench before? I don`t wanna buy air compressor for just my crank pulley... I pulled the pulley off the other day at work so it isn`t super tight. I`m looking at this Kolbat 350 lb torque or this one Dewalt What do u guys think? I think 350lbs should get it off especially is I had it off not to long ago.

The starter trick is easier/safer than it sounds, maybe Ill make a how-to video when I get home. An alternative is removing the apron, driving the car to a shop and having them bust the bolt loose, then drive home and take it off.
Ive never had good experience with electric or pneumatic impact hammers. They never deliver enough torque for bolts that have been in place for a while, unless you spend a few hundred $s on a decent one. |
