I'm willing to buy a good amount... I believe I have 16 wheels right now, but need a few more.

I went to Wal Mart and picked up two boxes for around $3, and put two wheels in each box separated by a piece of cardboard. The box was able to fit them very tightly. USPS charged so etching like $19 per box for their cheapest, albeit slowest, shipping. It all went much easier than I thought it would. Just be sure to buy plenty of good tape.
