 How to remove the bolt off the lower control arm?, the bolt is rusted and hard |

Hi guys, I got a used lower control arm but the bolt connected to the stabilizer link is rusted.
I used PB blaster but no help so far. Any suggestion to take it off? Thank you guys.

Cut it, as stated.
