Does anybody know if the non-aerosol plasti-dip can be put into a paint sprayer?

I just covered this. You will not be able to buy the pre-mixed gallons from a local store, unless they are willing to sell commercial packaged items. I have not found place around here to do it. Goto dipyourcar.com - Buy a kit, with paint and sprayer. Spray the car, enjoy the results. If you want more info on my process, or just some general questions send me a PM. DO NOT USE THE RATTLE CANS I tried, and it came out poorly on the hood and front bumper. To get the proper amount of layers you will need about 30 cans.
