So I need to replace my front right side axle cause everything I turn right, it make a loud clicking noise. I'm guessing the CV boot is ripped or something? Anyways getting a new axle.
Now my question would an axle for a GT fit both automatic and manual? Or is there different type for each one? As far as I know, there is different axle for the ST & GT, but not sure about auto & manual. Any help would be great. Thinking of getting the axle from ebay, thats why. |

Manual and auto have specific axles, but you can use an ABS axle on a non-ABS car. Just remove the ABS ring assembly, it's three pieces that slide off with the aid of a mallet and flathead.
