Bought it from Zonz540 for $400! Great buy. Looks great!? Doesn't it? Lol. Been saving up for this front lip for a couple months. Next piece to buy is the trd rear splitters! XD

it was an original oem piece (so nice strong but flexible ABS plastic) from a 1996 ss2 celica at wrecking yard, i had no idea they were worth so much ... maybe it costs hundreds just for postage??

I personally think the Tom's lip looks best on the 96+ post-face lift bumpers. For the GT4 bumpers and the pre-face lift, the best lip would be the RARE TRD from lip.
