I was surfing through the net about the 5sfe because I was bored and I noticed that there were two different blocks made for the 5sfe? It seems like the Camry came with the short blocks and our celica and mr2 came with the long block? What's the difference? More power with the long block is what I'm guessing?

I believe pre-MY1998 the celica engine is pretty much the same as the camry, minus the balance shaft that the camry has for smoother operation.
