 Fitting cone filter to tubing, filter is slightly bigger than tubing |

What do I need to fit my cone filter onto tubing, it is slightly larger than the tubing?
I had been using duct tape temporarily, but that is kinda ghetto and unattractive. |

for 30 u can buy a new one with adapter on it.
