Long story short im hooking up with a buddy on the site and making a deal.... no details yet until it's all confirmed, but what are the major issues with boosting and what should be replaced on the car to be safe if im going to be running 8-10 lbs on a stock engine. Let's assume145k miles on it..... why? Because I don't want to swap...

Remember that the most important choice is turbocharger selection. For 200whp you could use a very, very small turbo that'll spool instantly, like a T25/T28 size turbo, or a very small t3 hybrid (50/48 eBay hybrid)
For 300HP you don't need to go balls to the wall kind of build. 300HP is easily achievable on stock block and head with the proper tuning. If you're looking for balls to the wall performance you're looking at 5S-GTE with a GT35 kind of build, and on a FWD it's pointless to go above 300HP unless you're using slicks and reinforced axles, mounts etc. -------------------- 1993 Celica GT Coupe - sold
