I just bought 1 10 inch sony sub(the 1100 max one).
I have it bridged to 2 OHMS with a jensen amp(running 100watts RMS and 400 Max) and it rules! one of these 10's plays louder than the 2 Rockfords I have!

Dude, no offense, but unless ur pushing the 2 rockfords off a 50 watt amp or something i dont see how thats possible. I bought 2 10" sony xplode p5's and pushed them off a Jensen 600 watt max amp and i wasnt impressed @ all. I blame the Jensen amp though, it just wasnt enough power for my taste.

Anyway I would recommend an Audiobahn amp. They're good. If u dont want to spend a lot of $, DHD is good. I got a 1600watt max amp for a little over $200. It hits good.

What capacitor u get depends on the amp. The more power, the better cap ull need. If u get a big enough amp u may have to upgrade the battery, but with those subs i think u should be ok. If u go far enough to get another battery, u may as well count on upgrading the alternator too and all thats gonna cost some cash.
