I'm ordering in a stagger set of Enkei RPF1. I want to know what's best tire size for my ride. I'm currently on lowering springs and my fenders are NOT rolled. I was looking to get 225/45/17 or either the 235/40/17.
The wheel specs are as follows: 17x8 +35 (Going to the rear) 17x8 +45 (Going to the front) -------------------- |

I'd personally get the same offset wheels for the front and the back and just get some spacers for the rear. No sense in not being able to rotate your tires lol
and I'd go with the 235's on the 8in wide wheel |

True that but it doesn't bother me much. 235s does sound better considering it's a wider tire. 225/45 for least sidewall flex, 235 for a bit o' extra tire meat. Honestly though, with wheels like that I wouldn't go for anything less than the optimal response. I'll go with that extra chunkiness. -------------------- |

I'll go with that extra chunkiness. Just make sure it's what you want. I went from 215/45 to 225/45 and I would not recommend oversizing the tire. Loss of feel at the limit, bit worse tire wear, mostly the loss of feel. The extra grip does not make up for lost gas mileage either.
