I've heard that removing the resonator box on my 7AFE Celica ST would make the car breath more easily and give a little bit more sound.
Is that true? And how do I remove that box? Yesterday i removed my stock airbox and i've unbolted the three bolts holding the fusebox. But then I tried to remove the resonator box from underneath the fusebox but it seems like it cannot be done without removing the fuse box. I don't know however how to completely remove the fuse box. Unbolten is one, but removing is two. I'm a little bit worried to damage the cables going into the fusebox. Hope you can help. I'm from Holland, isn't that weird?
Hallo maat. When I removed the airbox, the top cover and filter came off first. In the bottom of the box are three 14mm (maybe 12) bolts. I also removed the fuse box, it was attached with a few 12mm bolts and a few screws, I think. The plastic pipe inside the fender came out with a bit of force.
