when i'm driving like from 0- 80kmh it's fine and everything steering is still stiff. but when i'm like going pass 90km/h + the steering wheel starts to lighten up and wobble. like krazy. before i thought it was the problem of my mags due to warpage and unbalanced. so then i bought a new set of rims that were much lighter and are properlly balanced. it is a lil bet better now, but has anyone have this problem before. i would really like to fix this to enhance the handling of my celica.

Take your car and have your wheels balanced, probably costs 20 bucks and will solve the problem almost definately, well first thing inspect your tires for faults before anything, new tires make a world of difference, if none of that works have your alignment checked, or better yet have it all checked at once.
