The owner's manual says they should come on when the tail lights are turned on (guess they mean parking lights biggrin.gif ), but will only come on with the low beam headlights on as well. They go back off when the high beams are switched on. Is this normal for a U.S. Celica?

You can run a relay to your parking lights if you want them on without your headlights on (city light style). They will stay on with the high beams too. You should see my front end when all the lights are on lmao
