The owner's manual says they should come on when the tail lights are turned on (guess they mean parking lights biggrin.gif ), but will only come on with the low beam headlights on as well. They go back off when the high beams are switched on. Is this normal for a U.S. Celica?

I like the relay idea! Beside my '96 Jeep Grand Cherokee, this is the only vehicle I've owned with fog lights. I was under the impression that fog lights used in actual fog worked best without any headlights, high or low beam. I could be wrong, but won't know until I run some sort of relay for the Celica. We do have lots of fog here right now, and this coming week could be very foggy.
