Ok so I gave up on the 5sfe build and bought a beams red top. It should be here within a week. My question is what advice or fun stories does anyone have on doing the swap into an st204?

Nice one.
 As the others said, it's a fairly straightforward swap, but it's worth doing some maintenance first. I replaced the clutch, timing belt and thermostat, and also had the flywheel machined. I was disappointed with the power when I first drove mine, but now I'm loving it. More power would be good though! Check out my build thread for more info. -------------------- |
