I ordered a carbon fiber gt4 hood for my 94 gt with a swap but having problems getting it to fit do I have to do any modifications to the latch and it seems to have about a one inch gap in the front against my stock gt bumper any suggestions?

Is this the VIS carbon fiber hood (if not, which brand did you buy off?)? If it is, it's supposed to fit the GT/ST without that gap
 That's means that I was misinformed big time when I had a thread on this subject a while back
