Thanks for the instructions phat_99celiGT. I went to Home Depot and went to the house gutter section and got the mesh. It was exactly the right width and I only had to cut two inches off the length. I spray painted it metallic silver to prevent it from rusting. I parked half my car onto the curb so that I can get underneath it to remove the plastic underside. I got under there and zip tied away. 1 hour for two coats of paint to dry 15 minutes installation time.  it makes my Celica look 10x sportier with such a quick and easy little change!Thanks.
