any one with matrix rs3 alarm.. help Options

Ok, I curently have the matrix rs3 alarm that I pulled from my bimmer when i wrecked it. the problem was the screen was smashed, so the guy that helped/installed it for me .. couldnt set the remote start to work properly. I Got a new remote in winter and tried reprograming it.. and it worked but not completly right. Were as one button/chanle works the unlock,lock,siren. I dont like that and i want to set up the remote start. Im also not sure if the remote start is hooked up right. or if its just the remote programing.

So if anyone has worked with this alarm or reprogramed one please give me some ideas for what to look for.
