*sigh* after so long... my celica is here... but.. after initial impression... i'm kinda disappointed... i was hoping for better condition... maybe my expectations were too high for a used car... for those of you that remember the black one i had pics of back in the summer... maybe you remember and can make comparisions (i don't have those pics anymore.. but things like ripped cloth seats... hole in carpet... small rust spots as well... hard black plastic piece beside window coming off etcetcetc) anyway... some pics of the silver one...

o, a lot of white dots you see in a lot of the interior pics.. it's just snow. it was snowing while i was taking them

first thing i saw... i really have no idea if this is the shipping company's fault or was it just slowly leaking before... it's hard to say when both dealer and shipping company say it's not their fault...:

at least the wheels are in pretty good condition *shrugz*

seats are leather... and i saw from the ad pics there were about 3-4 small rips on driver seat... which are in this pic here:

what i didn't see from the pics was:

this is the only car i've ever had with leather.. so maybe it's normal to get this worn... i dunno actually

shifter knob is worn:

well... i assume wear on this is normal? i really dunno... my 93 camryisn't this bad... but i guess it's different material

i posted this stock sideskirts pic in the exterior section because i have no clue wtf those lines are...

this pic sux... but yea i just decided to take pics of the mats... front ones are a bit worn. but yea.. i guess it's expected from a 7yr old car?

i knew about door dings and spots which were keyed... so here is just a pic of one:

the steering wheel is more worn than in the pics... since it's leather wrapped.. .the stitches look worn

well wuddya kno... those damn door edges and their rust? it's a florida car too... the hood has a few small areas with rust spots too (i THINK it's rust? it's brown...) prolly from getting chipped on the highways

just a random pic of the plastic piece in the hatch that lifts up.. this is underneath it:

passenger side side-mirror:

o yea... one of the side markers are chipped... but i guess that's just an excuse for clear ones

and this is just a random pic i took of the entire car... just great.. the day it arrives it sees snow:

i guess the car could use a new paint job... or mayb it just looked bad because it was dirty and snowed last night...

maybe also since i'm so focused on finding the bad points it makes it look real bad as well... but yea...

i dunno.. am i too picky? i couldn't drive the car.. not allowed to yet... it's in bond... but all electricals work (can't really test ac in winter tho)

yea... people are gonna flame me and say it's my fault for getting a car without actually going down and taking a look...
i had some guy @ toyota look at it for me.. he said he was in pretty gd condition for a 98... (is he for real???)
i dunno... what do u all think?

i guess all cars look good from a distance (even about 5 footsteps away) so yea... pics reallie suck @ showing stuff

well at least the interior parts were shiny? and rear seats were like new

can't really complain now tho.. it's all paid for...
