 Wrong paint i think?, Masked number on paint chart |

I've been spraying my side skirts, anyway I looked up on this forum and found my car is a 1996 its a blue so under the exterior sticky colour thread it says its Dark Bluish Gray Metallic Clearcoat 183
So i sprayed my kit with this and I dont think its the right colour. My car looks more like dark blue the bottom one on this pic. Although i dont know the number as its masked by cardomain logo. does anyone know what this is?
