I have a 94 GT and it is making a crazy growling noise from the front drivers side. One mechanic said that I need new tires and that was what causing all the noise. I really dont think that it would sound like metal on metal also when I turn at low speeds the axle will make a click or popping sound. I had already replaced the wheel bearing and drivers side axle about 6 months ago.
I have the following tools. 55pc tool set Pipe for leverage Liquid wrench Tool box full of various tools 2 ton jack Jack stands From what I have read on here I will need race bearing removal tool 33mm Socket Scan Diagram of the front drivers side stearing system (Axle + Wheel bearing exploded) Any Info that would guide me that would be great... Thanks in advance I dont have any power/air tools.. can this been done by hand? This post has been edited by Celi94bk: May 5, 2006 - 10:48 PM |
