 drum breaks? |

I just got my car but it does seem like the drum breaks on the back of my st are less then helpful. The parking break holds the car, but sure doesnt work well if I try to move it with it on. It seems like all my breaking is from the front any way I can check to see if they are working well or not? Ive never seen a bad drum break set... let alone a good. Thanks!
