What is the top boost a stock internal 3sgte can handle.. nevermind fuel system or anything.. just wondering what the highest number is that someone has run.. reliably and to the death... obviously running a turbo capable of the number w/o blowing hot air...
I'm just curious cuz I see some of these 4g evo motors and what not.. my friend is all hyped up on mitsu crap.. and I see these dyno pulls at 30psi and this one at 44psi.. so I was just wondering if there is a limit to what the engine can handle pressure wise w/ stock setup or if it all just comes down to horsepower output..? I ran around on 19psi all day on thursday with out an issue.. on stock fuel.. 93oct. .. no knock all day.. can't wait to hit the dyno. -------------------- 87 4runner DLX 22re, 5spd, 4.30gr, 4" lift, 30" tires, HID w/ Projectors, 6spkr + sub, custom exhaust, 94 celica leather seats, SR5 gauge cluster and clinometer. Future engine swap... possibly a 2jzge.
