 Laws on Audio Recording, ASAP HELP |

I need a printable and reliable source of the laws of LEGALLY recording a conversation.
I know the simple stuff about having consent from all parties and stuff, or you can't hide the audio recording device. BUT, i need something that i can print out and take to this meeting tomorrow (10:00 a.m. (GMT -06:00 Central time)) and tell them, hey, i can legally record this (because i'll be by myself tomorrow). Basically, my fiancee's family and I are in a big legal issue agianst the business i work for, i will fill you all in later.
