I've been having this problem for months. Whenever I start up my Celica and travel at low speeds I hear this clicking noise coming from the rear wheels. The noise seems to come and go, but it is only present at low speeds. Once I get above 15 mph the noise will disappear. So far, I'm thinking this is a wheel bearing issue. I've jacked up both sides of the rear and rotated the wheels as if I were driving and both of the wheels make the same clicking noise in the same spot each rotation. Is this a clear indication of a wheel bearing issue?
