Hey Guys,
So I'm preparing to do my celi's big exterior mods very soon. I've got a pair of OEM rear extensions from DCW (NOT SS-III ones) and I'm eyeing off a pair of Z Style Side Skirts. Like everyone else I would kill to get my hands on a Tom's dealer option front lip, but am simply too impatient! Oh and I have the 96+ 3 post bumper. So at this point I see two options: 1. Get some SS-III splitters for the front. I've discussed this with DSRTFX and he doesn't think it would look great. I thought I'd see if anyone had pictures and judge it then. 2. Get OEM front extensions (which only suit the pre-96 bumper) and modify them to suit. Has anyone modified them this way before? Would it be possible? 3. Oh I just thought of this option whilst typing. I suppose I could always try making my own custom extensions. I have some relatives (my Dad included) who are pretty handy with fibreglass and stuff. I don't know if this is really an option, or more just seeing how many people think I'd be crazy to try it Any help is appreciated! |
